Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
This statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
At Vet-AI Ltd, we are committed to acting responsibly, fairly, and with integrity in everything we do. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, or forced labour, and we take steps to ensure these practices have no place in our business or supply chains.
As a remote-first technology company, our suppliers are mainly cloud hosting providers, software vendors, distribution centres and professional services. While we assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains as low, we remain vigilant. We work only with partners who share our values, set clear expectations in our contracts, and encourage anyone connected with Vet-AI to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to a respectful, non-discriminatory workplace. Our recruitment processes safeguard against exploitation, and our internal policies, including equality, whistleblowing, and bullying and harassment, and are designed to protect our people and promote ethical standards. We encourage continuous feedback to strengthen these commitments.
We know tackling modern slavery requires ongoing attention, and we will continue to review and strengthen our approach as we grow.
